Pro Business Valuations is an SBA qualified business valuation appraiser specializing in small business enterprise sale transactions. Whether for buy-sell agreements, management buyouts, estate planning, private sale transactions, exit planning or acquisition financing, our certified business valuation appraisals are 100% USPAP compliant and can be used to support SBA 7(a) business acquisition loan applications or other enterprise sale transactions.

In addition to unrestricted, detailed appraisals, we also offer restricted or limited use appraisals, value calculation reports and single approach indication of value reports as well as range of other sale pricing services.

All of our certified business valuations and equipment appraisals are developed and reported in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the American Society of Appraisers, the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, and the International Society of Business Appraisers.

Typically a site visit is not required for business valuations, save for machinery heavy businesses where capital assets and inventory are a critical part of underwriting and security. When required, we do on-site interviews and plant inspections at a minimal cost to insure fixed asset and inventory are fulling considered, assessed and reflected in the valuation reporting.
